Im going to be writting an update and a plee to you all later today / tomorrow. Keep checking this place!

So today is the next big day of Varsity matches. Currently we are winning the whole series 10-2, and today is a good day where we can win a few more matches and strike a strong lead against Warwick before the last week of fixtures begin.
All of todays fixtures are based around Westwood Heath Playing Fields, and Earlsdon Rugby Club. (All these venues are all within a 5 minute walk of each other), which will prove to be a great change to the series for the spectators, being able to walk around a view a large amount of different sports on one day, with Mens Rugby Union finishing off the day in style under the flood lights at Earlsdon Rugby Club.
All these are free to watch. The day kicks off with;
Athletics
Men’s & Women’s - 1.00pm - Warwick Athletics Track
Rugby League
Men’s 2nd’s - 2.00pm - Westwood Heath Pitch 2 - Warwick pulled out so its against Leicester University 2nds.
Rugby Union
Men’s Seconds - 2.30pm - Earlsdon Rugby Club
Women’s Firsts - 2.30pm - Earlsdon Rugby Club
Men’s Firsts - 5.00pm - Ealrsdon Rugby Club
Tennis
Men’s Firsts - 11:30am - Indoor Tennis Centre Westwood
Men’s Seconds - 1.00pm - Indoor Tennis Centre Westwood.
TRANSPORT TO VARSITY
We are now providing transport to these events. There will be buses leaving from the Cathedral at 12.00pm, 12.30pm, 1.00pm and 1.30pm.
The 12.00pm slot will mainly be for competitors but any free slots can be filled by spectators.
If you have a BIG Ticket your transport will be free if not you can get on the buses for £3 (get you there and back). All the buses will drop at Earlsdon Rugby Club. It is a short walk 5 mins max to both tennis and athletics track. The bus will then return starting from 7.00pm and loop returning everyone to the Cathedral.
You can also get the bus from Pool Meadow Bus Station, Stand N, Bus 12, leave every 15 minutes, and return tickets are no more than £3.
* Please be aware no bars will be open at Earlsdon and please also do not bring your own alcohol else it will be confiscated. Thank you

Hi All,
So Varsity is in full swing right now. We have had three big events already and Cov are winning 6-2 overall. With the Netball and Basketball event Monday 27th of Feb coming up, which has always been one of our main successes. So far we have had wins against Warwick Uni in the Ice Hockey, which saw our lads win 10-5 in one of the most exciting games that we have seen in the Varsity tournament in the past.And only last night Karting beet Warwick 4-2, with Coventry holding down 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the final race, which makes it 7 years running that we have won the karting.
Things are looking good for us going into the back straight of the tournament. with Netball and Basketball, Rugby Union and Athletics, and the Football events all coming up soon. Make sure you have your tickets for the events as they are selling fast and it is definitely something not to be missed.
